200g strawberries, sliced
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
4tsp whisky
2tsp clear honey
black pepper
Serves 2
Pile the strawberries and ice cream into 2 bowls or tumblers, sprinkling with whisky and drizzling with honey as you go.
Grind over a little black pepper.
