Makes 6-8

 

75g/3oz plain chocolate

1 free range egg yolk

15g/ ½oz butter

1tsp rum

1tsp single cream

 

Melt the chocolate in a bowl.

Beat in the egg yolk, butter, rum and cream.

Chill in the fridge until firm.

Shape into balls and press flat with palm of hand.

Use a heart-shaped cutter to create correct shape, placing left-over edges back into main mixture.
