Makes 4 large pancakes

 

120g plain flour

1 free range egg

pinch salt

300ml skimmed milk

oil for cooking

 

Mix all ingredients together well.

Heat oil in the bottom of a large frying pan.

Pour in enough of the mixture to thinly cover the bottom of the pan.

As the batter comes away from the sides, turn or flip it over to finish cooking.

 

Serve with sugar, lemon juice, syrup, honey, jam, chocolate sauce or any favourite of your own.
