6 boiled chopped potatoes in skins, cut in half

1 clove garlic

olive oil

284ml double cream

large handful of grated cheese

100g fresh breadcrumbs

thyme

 

Heat oven to 220°C.

Toss cooked potatoes with garlic and put in baking dish.

Add cream to halfway up the dish.

Cover with grated cheese.

Put breadcrumbs on top, mostly in the middle.

Coat with olive oil, put thyme on top and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for about 20 minutes.
