To make 4 tarts 

 

1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry

½ pack (100g) soft cheese

1 dessert pear

4 generous tablespoons cranberry sauce

 

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Cut pastry sheet into four equal rectangles.

Score along two sides of the pastry rectangle and fold to opposite corner. Repeat with other two sides.

Place on baking sheet.

Spread ¼ of the soft cheese over the base of the pastry.

Spread a layer of cranberry sauce.

Peel pear and cut into thin slices. Arrange slices on top of the tart.

Bake in oven for about 15 minutes.
