halloumi cheese, drained and rinsed

plain flour, seasoned

olive oil

½tsp paprika

 

Dry the halloumi cheese well on kitchen paper and cut into slices.

Dip the cheese slices into seasoned flour.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the coated cheese slices. Fry for a couple of minutes each side until golden brown.

When cooked both sides sprinkle over the paprika.
