Makes 100g
100g icing sugar
1tbsp hot water
Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and add water, a little at a time until smooth.
Spread with a knife dipped in hot water.
Optional:
Add a few drops of flavouring or a few drops of food colouring to the mix.
